BY ENTERING ANY OF OUR COMPETITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To enter a competition you must be 16 years old or over, and a UK resident, at the time of entry. 2. Competitions are not open to members of the Doctor Who Action Figures Website team or their immediate families. 3. No purchase necessary. 4. Only one entry per person, per competition. All entries become the property of Doctor Who Action Figures Online. 5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. 8. The closing date is as specified in each competition. 9. Any entries made after the closing date/time will be void and will not be entered into the competition. 10. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and/or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will be selected at random. 12. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending an e-mail to our usual address after the closing date. 13. By entering the competition the winner agrees to their name and hometown being published online. 14. Prizes are not transferable 15. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 16. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 17. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. 18. This competition has been organised by Doctor Who Action Figures Online . 19. Your e-mail address / postal address will only be used for the purpose of this competition. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page. 20. Doctor Who Action Figures Online will endeavor to send prizes within 14 days of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time. 21. Doctor Who Action Figures Online will always obtain proof of posting, however no responsibility can be taken for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
